Shaun T INSANITY | I Just Started My 60 Day Total Beach Body Workout. Will I see the results they claim on TV?

Shaun T Insanity Beach Body Workout. Will it really work like the TV says it will?Hey my friends! I just wanted to let you all know I have added an intense workout to my 90 day challenge called INSANITY by Beach Body trainer Shaun T. It just so happens today I only have 60 days to go in my 90 Day challenge and the Insanity Beach Body workout is a 60 day total body workout. I am excited because I have something to follow on a daily basis and it even has the nutrition plan along side it to help me eat better.

I will be keeping you all updated on my fitness progress with Insanity and how buff I get in the next 60 day!!!
