Mike Hobbs, I wanted to take a moment and thank you personally for helping my team member, Sally Sanders. She's benefited from your daily hangouts, back office training and daily assignments. And as you know I've also benefited from the fantastic training system, that you, Adam Whiting and Justin Verrengia put together.
I have to say that It never ceases to amaze me the number of leaders in Empower Network that are truly happy to include cross line members in what they can of their team's trainings, activities, etc.
– We're all individuals with different learning styles who may relate better to one leader than another.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm absolutely NOT suggesting that EN members begin looking at other team's trainings. I'm just truly admiring those leaders that have made it possible for and included cross line members in some situations and I thought that those that have deserved a big shout out!
