Importance of Passive Income
I had a pretty cool experience this weekend seeing the importance of passive income streams and why you should strive to get them instead of or in addition to job income.
We were at a birthday party with friends that used to be our neighbors. We were hanging out, having fun. This friend owns a snow shack here in Hurricane, Utah. This is my favorite snow shack in the entire town. It’s a little trailer that is parked in the parking lot of a gas station.
In the very beginning, our friends would work the business and make the snow and do everything.
While we were at this birthday party, one of the guests asked if Kokomo Sno was open. They wanted to know if they could go over and buy a snow cone. Our friend told them that yes, there was an employee operating the business.
We were sitting there having fun, eating cupcakes while their business was running on autopilot.
Do you see how cool that is?
If you have ever read the book “Cashflow Quadrant” by Robert Kyiosaki, you understand the difference between having a business and working the business – or having a business that works for you.
Our friend has now developed the business to a point where it works for him. He has a passive stream of income that most people don’t have.
Importance of Passive Income
My story is similar. We also understand the importance of passive income streams. The other day, we received a $1000 commission and I wasn’t doing anything for it. One of my downline members made a sale and I got paid $1000 for doing absolutely nothing.
Is that income guaranteed? Absolutely not. It takes work to develop a business, and I don’t know what your work ethic is.

I prefer working online because I don’t have to go to a physical location. I have developed about $1000 a day in personal income from our online home business, working from home on my computer.
The bottom line is, people that have determination are able to set up passive income streams.
