I had the privilege of being on a “hot seat webinar” that one of my buddies, Ray, did for three different entrepreneurs in different industries. Real estate, network marketing and online marketing were represented. It was really cool to be there.
There were so many valuable tips out of this webinar that I wanted to share two of them that you can take into your business and apply and get dramatically better results in whatever you are promoting – newsletters and active prospecting.
She was building her online presence and she was also actively marketing. She was getting her presentation to two people per day on Facebook. She would start up a conversation; see where they were at and how they needed help, then get them to the company presentation. By doing this two times a day, consistently, she had predictable numbers over time where she was recruiting eight people minimum every single month.
She had predictable results over the course of probably a year while she was building her online presence in the form of a blog, opt in giveaways, videos and other things that generate leads.
She was doing an active form of prospecting/marketing where she was reaching out to people and getting them to the presentation manually two times per day and recruiting eight people every single month.
The last video I saw her do, she made over $13,000 in a single week! That is what is cool about having predicable numbers and knowing those numbers. You may need to do two or three, maybe four or five presentations a day. You should be doing active prospecting while you are building your online lead generation process. It is very key for you to understand this.

Newsletters and Active Prospecting
Have you ever seen those blogs out there that have, “Hey, sign up for my newsletter” or just a really bad opt-in giveaway? “Hey, sign up for the million emails I’m going to send you every day.” Nobody wants another email in their inbox!
What is your target market? If your target market is Network Marketers, they probably want leads or want to learn how to make more money, or how to convert leads to sales.
You have to have a give away that actually gives your target market what they want. Right here on the right hand side bar I give away a seven step checklist that will show anybody how to generate 30 to 50 leads every single day in their business. This is targeting people with a home-based business that want to generate leads online. I give that away for free here on my blog.
That is an example of a better give away, something of value. Don’t give away a newsletter, give away something that your target market wants.
Recap: Be doing active prospecting/marketing while you are building your lead generation empire and you will go farther, faster! Properly using newsletters and active prospecting will give you the results you want!
