Are you a secret agent on social media sites?
Optimize your profile for maximum potential in sales and conversions with this quick Prosperity Tip!
Are You a Secret Agent on Social Media?
Tip #1 – Create a fan page for your business on Facebook.
In your “about” section, connect your Fan Page to your personal profile in the work and education section.
Now, in your timeline, people can connect with you easily because your fan page will appear at the top.
Tip #2 – Don’t be a secret agent on social media!
There are some trainers that teach you to remove any business references on your personal profile.
Don’t believe anyone that teaches this… here is why:
As you chat with and build relationships with people, they are naturally going to be curious as to what you are doing. Most people will not ask, and will check out your profile!
Make sure your website is in your contact information! I suggest that you use a blog; that is where I take people and show them the value of my businesses.
You want people to be able to find your website and be able to buy from you!
Don’t Be a Secret Agent on Social Media
One more tip that I have for you is to put your website in the “about you” section that appears right below your name.
Don’t include a pitch. People are naturally curious and will passively click on that link.
Write a quick blurb about yourself to help people get to know you better.
You don’t want to be a secret agent on social media where nobody can find your business!
Don’t forget to apply this same strategy to other social media sites!
