What’s Your Story?

I was on a webinar that one of my mentors, Ray Higdon, did for my personal team.  It was off the chain, just incredible.  There were so many little nuggets and tips that I got.

In today’s blog post, I wanted to share with you one little nugget that I believe you can take into your life and really inspire and impact a lot of people.

Here is the tip:

Your story is not your own.

I want you to think about that for a second…

Maybe what you are going through right now is struggling in the network marketing industry.  Maybe it is your story from when you were a child and you were abused.  Something happened to you along the way, but your story is not your own.

A lot of people think that you get success and then obviously you have this story that goes along with you.  What’s your story?

Here is the crazy thing.  Your story means nothing until you have reached success.  You have never heard a rags to rags story, right?  They are broke, and then they are broke now?  No!

What’s Your Story?

 

You always hear the stories of rags to riches.  People who have gone from nothing to success, or from wherever they were at to success.

What’s your story?  Your story, the story of struggles, pains, frustrations, things that have happened to you in the past, can impact nobody until you have reached success.

Ray shared how he told a story about his father on stage to impact other people.  A man came up to Ray after the presentation and told him that he needed to hear that.  If Ray had never reached success, that person wouldn’t have been impacted by Ray’s story.

What’s your story that can impact thousands and thousands of people that you can’t tell because you aren’t successful yet?

Your story is not your own.  You need to hit success.  You deserve to have success so that you can share your story with other people and impact more than just your own life.

Yes, it is great to be able to pay your bills, but how much cooler would it be to inspire and impact thousands of people?
