Why you need to build an email list… Don't make the same mistake I did!
Why You Need to Build an Email List
I was thinking back to when I first got started online. There was a guy that I bought a course from, and he said, “You need to get an Aweber account. You need to get an autoresponder!”
I ended up buying an autoresponder and then I never used it. I plugged into some systems and did some other things and never even learned how to build a list.
Here is what happened, and why you need to build an email list… I spun my wheels for two years!
I was doing videos and different things for marketing, but I didn’t build a list. I was paying for an autoresponder, but I never put any subscribers into it.
I built a little bit of an income just from promoting capture pages and sales pages from systems I was a part of. I made some sales, but those buyers were never going to my list. They were all going into third party systems!
After a couple of years, I finally realized that I need to be building my list and that I had an autoresponder all along and had never built it.
Why You Need to Build an Email List
This was one of the biggest mistakes I made, and why you need to build an email list. I don’t want you to make this same mistake.
You need an autoresponder like Aweber or GetResponse. You really need to focus on building your list!
Don’t just build third party systems. When you use a third party system, make sure it integrates with your autoresponder. (Most of the systems I use are third party systems, and they integrate with my autoresponder.)
You need to be building your list, because that is your number one asset on the internet. Let me say that again, just to be sure you get it…
Your list is your NUMBER ONE ASSET online! As soon as I realized that, I started generating leads. My income began to stabilize!
Let me know below if you are building your list , have your online asset and are moving forward. I would love to know!

Sounds like my story mike
I.ve no idea how to use my auto responder and am about to stop tryin
Ya we all start there not knowing what to do… The difference between someone who succeeds or not is the ones who keep going no matter what! I kept going and now I'm the #4 producer in my entire company! Stick with it!
Funny enough Mike, I was exactly creating my truthorhype campaign on GetResponse when I got your email and this video…wow! this is not a coincidence…anyways, I don't believe in coincidences at all. Thanks a lot for your input, Mike, list is the #1 asset especially for long term and not only.
Absolutely I'm building my list, Mike! And I think your daily action plans are awesome. Keep them up!
Yes it's so true… Yes you can make money promoting just the EN pages, but not building your list at the same time is a big mistake!
Awesome Chuck! I'm glad you enjoy my trainings!
G,day Mike what is the right autoresponder sequence for EN and Aweber do we use the Prosperity team ,,,,or the IPAS2 EMAILS ,,,,great post,,,,
Yes I need to build my list, but I'm not sure how
There are lots of ways… Start with content marketing. Blog everyday or do a Video every day! Then move on to other paid methods if you have the budget… Solo ads, Facebook PPC etc… Lots of different traffic methods in the iPas back office… Pick one and roll with it!
Garry Harper, I actually just loaded up the first email and took off all the others… I don't suggest you do that if you don't email content daily. But if you send your blog posts, swipe copy, event invites etc to your list almost on a daily basis there is no need for an autoresponder sequence! Unless its a value based one based on your best emails of all time type of thing…
