So are the razors any good at dollar shave club?
Well once I get them I'll make a comment below on the quality. I got the $9 one just to try it out. Heck I have been spending $20+ anyway so might as well get the best of what they got right?
Dollar Shave Club orders are backed up!
When I ordered my dollar shave club razor it said they are way behind on orders and mine will ship May 10th… Wow! That's what happens to your business when you put a viral video out there on the web.
You can take this as a marketing lesson. If you can create a viral video like the dollar shave club did, then your business will explode!
Have you noticed that almost all viral videos are FUNNY! hmmm… That is something to think about the next time you do a video.
Bottom Line
When it comes to marketing you need to figure out a problem and solve it! They saw that people were overpaying on razors and they gave an easy solution to that problem! Then they did the most important part of making money with a product! MARKETING!
They shot a funny video that sold the product and BAM they built a successful business!
You can do the same thing in any business you are currently building. find problems that people have in your niche & solve that problems and you will make bank!
