Emergency Funds Have Health Benefits!

Here are a couple reasons you should establish an Emergency fund!

#1. Health!

What the heck does this have to do with health? haha

Well it is proven that worrying about having enough money at the end of the day is one of the biggest things that causes stress in someones life!  Stress leads to smoking, drinking or eating a ton!

Less Stress = Better Health!

#2. You wont go into debt

When ever something unexpected happens it seems like the only way to pay for it is a credit card or borrowing it from someone!  You don’t want to have to accumulate more debt because of an emergency!

…So how do you get one if you don’t have any money?

Well I suggest you budget away 10% of your earnings till you get about 3-6 months of expenses…  I think you should start with $1,000 like the video below suggests as well!

…Go sell some stuff that you don’t need if you don’t have the 1k yet.

Just get your Emergency Fund started so you have peace of mind!
