Google has said that it will change its algorithm to de-index or decrease the ranking of websites that are using “webspam” or “black hat SEO”.
When such thing happen you should keep updating your blog and also build quality backlinks at same time. Things get normal after some time.
@Neil Patt One of my blog was totally deindexed it took quite long to get indexed again.
