When I was coming up with a daily action plan for my business back in 2012 I wrote down a bunch of activities that I knew would lead to sales and got to the end thinking I was missing something…
Then I thought about health! I needed to add something to do with health in my daily action plan, so I added Crossfit 5-days-per week!
I think it’s important to add exercise or even just eating better into your everyday plan. It helps with your energy, it helps with your motivation and ultimately what good is all the money you make if you die early or are sick all the time?
So recently one thing my business partner Paul and I thought we would do to help fellow freedom crusaders out is to create a general Health Mastery Facebook group FREE for anyone to join. No MLM’s are promoted in this group and it’s safe for anyone that is into health and fitness.
