How to Attract Quality People Today I’m coming to you from the Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah where I am attending a Mastermind.

A lot of online network marketers do this, typically. They will start bashing certain ways of marketing in the industry. For example, they will start bashing home meetings or start bashing people who do phone calls and things of that nature.

What this ends up doing, is it starts attracting people that never really had success.

The people that didn’t have success with home meetings or doing three-way calls are the people you attract when you bash those things!

Think about it…

You’re attracting the people that never succeeded and the people you’re turning off are the leaders who were good at doing those things!

How to Attract Quality People to Your Network Marketing Business

There are ways to talk about the methods of marketing that you are doing online like SEO, blogging and video marketing. You can show people a better way without bashing other methods and turning off the high quality people you want in your business.

This tip on attracting quality people was an epiphany for me as an online network marketer.

  17. It's so true Mike Hobbs. I mean it's not only that online marketers are bashing offline marketers.

    It's also online marketers who are bashing other online marketers.

    What I found through few years of my online marketing journey is that people who for example use PPC marketing say that for example blogging sucks.

    On the other side people who use free methods say that paid marketing sucks.

    Here's what I found:

    The best way to promote anything is by using method that I want to use and in which I want to be possibly the best.

    And I'm not saying bout 2,3 or 5 methods. I'm saying about one.

    And yes, there's no sense to say that something else is worse.

    In fact I hosted webinar yesterday where I talked about this (I would like to share a link to this webinar recording but it was in Polish so I guess there's no sense for that 😉 ).
