How to Get Your Team to Duplicate in Network Marketing
Have you ever been in this situation where you team is not producing? They aren’t making sales, they aren’t out there marketing, they aren’t coming to the company events, and they aren’t going all in, whatever it may be…
Here is a simple concept that will dramatically increase your results and your team’s results. Your team will not do what you won’t do.
I really want that to sink in… Your team will not do what you won’t do.
What does this mean?
If you’re not out there producing sales, neither is your team. If you’re not out there making money, neither is your team. If you’re not out there going to your company events, neither will your team. If you’re not blogging daily, they probably won’t blog daily either, right?
You’ve got to think about this strategically.
How to Get Your Team to Duplicate in Network Marketing
I’ll tell you an example of this…
A few years ago I stumbled across a strategy that just worked like crazy. It was Facebook chatting. I was starting up conversations on Facebook, chatting with everybody and I was getting people to join my team. I started teaching this to my team and we were all doing it synergistically. My team went from 30 people to 300 people within a 60 day period. I had massive duplication on my team, huge strategy.
Fast forward a few years later…
I stopped chatting because it was a little more time consuming than I wanted. I started doing videos and blogging more. Lo and behold, my team also stopped chatting on Facebook because I wasn’t doing it. A select few kept it going, and the majority stopped. The reason is because; people won’t do what you won’t do. When they are looking up to you as a leader, they want to do what you’re doing.
If you want to have mass influence on your team, and you want them to go out there and blog daily or go to the company event or buy all the products…
…you have to buy all the products, you have to go to the company events and you have to be doing the marketing strategy that you want them to do!
If you want to make it a little more generic like “market daily,” then you are leaving it up to them what they choose on marketing…
…but if you want them to specifically do a task, specifically, you have to be doing it yourself or they are not going to listen to you; they are not going to do it.

For business it is not different, it is hypocritical to think that your team should do what you are not willing to do. Ya Latifa Ihsan Ali, when it comes to marketing sometimes its best to not teach a specific strategy unless you plan on leading by example! Sometimes solo ads are not for everyone so if you drill down that everyone needs to do it, it may turn the people off that want to do free marketing! So it's sometimes best to just tell people to "Market Daily" and its easy for you to do that daily and they can do the same daily without it being a specific task and limiting peoples creativity!
