Alright as you know in business you have to be committed and take daily action on things and never give up. I believe it to be true with working out as well. Have you ever found yourself quitting a workout before the end? I sure have, this is my 3rd try at Insanity. Every time I start it for some reason something gets in my way from completing it…
Sometimes you have to look if you are doing that in other areas of your life. Are you constantly quitting and not finishing what you start? Lets turn that around and start finishing strong!
I'm going to finish this dang workout if it kills me this time. Day 1 down 59 to go.
Let me know if you are doing the workout as well we can keep each other motivated!

That’s so funny dude, I just started doing P90x (also from Beachbody) yesterday.. this time w/ my wife doing the program as well.
Get ripped buddy! Hope to connect again soon!

Awesome Adam, It is so much easier with a partner or a group. We have a group of 5 people doing insanity with me and we are keeping each other on track. Day 15 down.
Mike
Not doing the work out but I am having to work on setting goals in business and finishing them…would love to hear ideas on staying motivated there.
On another note: It seems to me if you are trying to stay motivated in exercise that doing it with someone would provide some competition and someone to be accountable to would keep you moving.

Yes our small group of 5 made a punishment if we don’t do it that day. The person who quits has to bring the other people all their meals for the entire day. It’s kind of a pain in the butt to get 4 other meals for them being a 15 minute walk from the chow hall…
So no one wants to quit!
Mike
I agree with Kathleen, that an exercise partner could be there to keep you accountable. I would not be as likely to stop early with some one there who would “catch” me quitting. LOL
We could apply this to our businesses too. Find a partner that can hold yourself accountable if you don’t do a piece of marketing or something. Make some kind of punishment to the other person for not doing it. I think that will help greatly in business!
Mike
Well, you are 1 ahead of me !!
It’s ok Jerry! I’m on day 15 now so you better catch up!
Mike
Lets try this again! thanks for shareing this Mike. I love a post that has real value. Thanks for your contribution Mike. Take care, Michael
No problem Michael! Are you doing any kind of workout yourself?
Mike
Hi Mike,
Nice pep talk. You know, it could be the one best thing to do in life — complete what you start!! It would save a lot of other nagging if everyone just did that!! Thanks for sharing – no I’m not working out! But I will get on my tasks for the day.
Yes for sure! If all you did was finish what you start you would do very well in this life!
I recommend some kind of workout plan for sure if you are not. It makes your whole day better. Even if its a 15 minute walk in the morning…
