Sharing their self love techniques were panelists Meghan Hepker, Anna Levina-Zubarev, D. Verengia, Melissa Santiago and Niamh Arthur.
Anna Levina-Zubarev told how she received a boost from celebrating International Women's Day with her family on March 8, 2013.
D. Verengia used self love techniques and found the motivation to continue with her exercise workouts.
Melissa Santiago reflected on how women can become victims in their own world. One self love technique is controlling the conversation we have with ourselves.
Meghan Hepker found the courage to stop listening to negative self thought. Meghan learned to value herself. She took care of her body, lost weight and overcame health challenges.
Niamh Arthur reprogrammed herself after realizing that she had built her self image on the (inaccurate) opinion of a former boss.

Self-love is pretty much the same thing as confidence in my book. My sexual performances were lagging, and it wasn't until I got healthy and retrained my mind that things got better. Now I keep my head clear of negative thoughts, use a penis health creme that contains lots of vitamins, and I go to the gym a few times a week. This routine works for me.
