This is really applicable to our industry.  In order to make the most amount of money, you have to work together as a team.

How many times have you been around people that don’t bring out the best in you?  If you call them your best friend, you are probably going to be wherever that person is.

I’m sure you have heard that the top five people you hang around with will determine your income.  If you have friends that bring out the best in you, then your income should be really awesome.  Those are the people that you definitely want to hang around with the most.  Don’t hang out with people that don’t bring out the best in you.

I really love this quote, because there have been so many times that I have joined a program or opportunity and they didn’t have a certain feature or benefit.

Instead of going out and complaining about the company and what it lacks, I go to work to create what is missing.  For example, if they don’t have a written PDF or a blogging training that I think is necessary… instead of bashing the company for not having it, I create the training.  This gives you an added bonus and advantage in the marketplace.  People will want to join your team and be with you because you provide the remedy.

When you only look for faults, you are going to find them and you won’t be happy.  When you produce the remedy, it gives you a good selling point for why people should join your team.
